Carolyn serves an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and an Associate Marriage, Family Therapist, Case Management Worker and Veteran Certified. She began her journey in this field through the encouragement of her family. She also wanted to put to use the skills she learned as a caregiver to her mom who had breast cancer and a stroke. She is trained in anger management, Smart Recovery substance abuse training, and grief counseling, due to her experiences with her mother. 

Her primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychoeducation. She loves collaborating with people of all ages in helping them navigate the mental health needs and challenges in their life.
