Dr. C. Carl Wilson, DBH, LPCC, CADC II, is the Director of Covenant Behavioral Health & Covenant Educational Center, a California non-profit community mental health clinic. 

With a Doctorate in Behavioral Health and extensive counseling licensure, he specializes in military trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, and comorbidity treatment. 

Dr. Wilson is a sought-after presenter on wellness, anger management, and relationships.
