As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. 

She loves helping families through psychological and mental health challenges, including lifestyle changes that will positively impact their wellbeing.
